Fitness has always been at the center of my life. I played Division I field hockey at the University of North Carolina, where I became a two-time NCAA National Champion, and have also competed with the U.S. Women’s National Field Hockey Team. I’m a marathon runner, field hockey coach, Hot Pilates enthusiast, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, ASFA-Certified Pilates Instructor, and someone who truly believes in the power of movement.

After finishing my college field hockey career, I struggled to find a workout that challenged me and made me feel like an athlete again. Blaze’s signature BURN and SCULPT classes changed that. The combination of heat, strength, high energy, and intensity gave me the physical and mental challenge I was missing and I knew I wanted to share that feeling with others.

My athletic career taught me how to stay committed, get better each day, and push beyond what I thought I was capable of. Most importantly, it taught me that fitness should build you up and give you confidence that carries into every part of your life. That belief inspired me to create Blaze: a space where challenging workouts, intentional movement, heat, and an incredible community come together.

In my classes, I bring the energy, intensity, and competitive drive that have shaped me as both an athlete and a coach. I’ll encourage you to challenge yourself, celebrate what your body can do, and leave feeling stronger and more confident than when you walked in. Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, I’ll meet you where you are and help you find your fire!
